摘要
流量脉动是影响外啮合齿轮泵流量特性的一个重要因素,减小流量脉动对提高外啮合齿轮泵的流量特性是很重要的。采用能量计算法得出了外啮合齿轮泵流量脉动的计算公式,从此公式中可看出影响流量脉动的因素很多,主要分析了变位系数、模数和齿数对外啮合齿轮泵流量脉动的影响,并给出了相应的近似计算公式。结果显示,模数对外啮合齿轮泵流量脉动率的影响最大,总变位系数影响次之,齿数影响最小。
The influence of flow pulsation on flow characteristics of external gear pump is an important factor.Reduce the flow pulsation to improve the flow characteristics of external gear pump is very important.The calculating formula of gear-on-gear pump flow pulsation is obtained by energy calculation.As can be seen from this formula that the factor of affecting the flow pulsation is more.Effect of modification coefficient,modulus and teeth on flow pulsation is main analyzed and corresponding approximate formulae are given in this paper.The results showed that the influence of modulus of external gear pump on flow pulsation is biggest,total modification coefficient of the second,the least number of teeth.
