摘要 目的了解小鼠呼吸器官参数和对气管内注射的耐受性。方法将230只不同体重段的KM小鼠分组,分别气管内注射不同容量的生理氯化钠溶液,急性观察动物的反应,24h内未死亡判为存活,测定不同体重段小鼠气管内注射容量的LD50和呼吸器官参数。结果体重段为18·0~22·0g、22·1~26·0g、26·1~30·0g和30·1~34·0g的KM小鼠LD50分别为2·449mL/kg、3·811mL/kg、4·556mL/kg和4·333mL/kg。结论KM小鼠的体重越小,单位体重对气管内注射的耐受量越小,体重26·0g以上的小鼠对气管内注射的耐受量趋于稳定。 Objective To measure the parameters of respiratory organ of KM mice and tolerance to intratracheal injection.Methods We group KM mice according to the body weight,and then have intratracheal injection of different doses of physiological sodium chloride solution to the different groups.Then we observe their response to different doses and the LD50 within 24 hours and measure the parameters of respiratory organs of the suvival mice afterwards.Results The weight groups of KM mice are: 18.0~22.0 g,22.1~26.0 g,26.1~30.0 g,and 30.1~34.0 g.The corresponding LD50 are: 2.449 mL/kg,3.811 mL/kg,4.556 mL/kg,and 4.333 mL/kg.Conclusion The tolerance dose per unit mass to intratracheal injectionis is proportional to the body weight of the KM mice until the body weight is equal to or greater than 26.0 g when the tolerance becomes stable.
