摘要
大流通是国内图书馆服务的新兴模式,要完善大流通的服务质量,措施之一就是加强志愿者的管理,论述了高校图书馆大流通模式下大学生志愿者的培训、工作内容、管理特点、激励方法、评价标准及管理的意义。
Big circulation is a new mode of library service.Strengthening the management of volunteers is one of the measures of enhancing big circulation service quality.This paper discusses the management of college student volunteers under the service mode of university library big circulation,including their training,job contents,management characteristics,motivational techniques,evaluation criterions and significance.
