摘要
目的观察阿魏酸钠片和金水宝胶囊联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为两组:治疗组给予常规治疗加阿魏酸钠和金水宝胶囊,对照组仅给予常规治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗结果并进行比较。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异;治疗组肾功能改善优于对照组。结论阿魏酸钠片和金水宝胶囊联合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效明显,能保护肾功能,延缓肾衰竭的发展。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sodium Ferulate combined with Jinshuibao in treating patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）.Methods 62 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in experimental group were assigned to receive Sodium Ferulate combined with Jinshuibao based on basic therapy and patients in control group were received basic therapy for 4 weeks.Results The results showed that the total effective rate in the experimental group was more satisfactory than that in the control.The difference between the two groups was significant.Conclusion Sodium ferulate combined with Jinshuibao could have more renoprotective effect on patients with CRF and could delay the progression of renal failure.
