梅毒的细胞免疫学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 梅毒是苍白螺旋体(TP)引起的一种慢性经典的性传播疾病。人类对其产生的免疫反应,包括细胞免疫及体液免疫应答。螺旋体侵人人体后,机体可诱导针对其不同抗原成分的抗体,产生体液免疫。细胞免疫对于抵御TP发挥重要作用,近年来对细胞免疫在梅毒免疫作用方面的研究有所进展,本文予以综述。
