Numerical Simulation of Tube Hydroforming Based on LS-DYNA

摘要 利用强大的有限元软件LS-DYNA对管件液压成型过程进行分析,得到在液压成形过程当中材料的流动曲线、分布曲线,并对可能产生的缺陷进行了分析,为进一步优化工艺提供了基础。 Using finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,the whole process of tube hydroforming was analyzed,the flow graph and distribution graph of tube material was obtained,and the common failure mode was discussed.These put for word a basis for optimizing process.
