摘要
研制了一种新型850MPa级碱性高强钢药芯焊丝,并对其熔敷金属的化学成分、力学性能及焊接工艺性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,该碱性焊丝具有焊缝成型美观、电弧稳定、飞溅少、熔敷效率高等优点;熔敷金属抗拉强度可达830~970 MPa,屈服强度大于745 MPa,伸长率大于14%,-50℃低温冲击吸收功高于27 J,满足GB/T17493-2008标准E830T5-K4M的要求,能够应用于相应强度等级钢结构的焊接,实际应用用户反映良好。
The chemical composition,mechanical properties and welding properties of novel alkaline 850 MPa class high strength steel wire were studied.The results show that the basic weld wire has the advantages of beauty,stable arc,less spatter and deposition efficiency.The tensile strength of deposited metal is up to 830 ~ 970 MPa,the yield strength is greater than 745 MPa,the elongation rate is more than 14%,the low temperature impact toughness at-50 ℃ is more than 27 J,which can fit E830T5-K4M standard of GB/T17493-2008,and can be used for the appropriate intensity level steel welding requirements.
