摘要
在城市建设与发展步伐加快、工业化水平高速发展的背景之下,将低碳经济、低碳城市的理念融入到城市的建设与发展当中,以解决碳排放问题是当前全世界城市发展的方向。而在城市碳排放的内部结构中,生产性碳排放无疑是降低温室气体排放过程中最重要的调整对象。本文根据南京市2000年以来的生产性能源消耗情况,对近几年南京的生产性碳排放总量进行了估算,并从产业结构的角度深入分析了南京生产性碳排放居高不下的原因,并据此提出了调整产业结构,借助现有产业空间布局、加快低碳产业的发展,以及促进政策创新等产业发展战略。
With the accelerated pace of urban construction and the rapid development of industrialization, the low carbon economy and low-carbon city have been the development target in cities of the world to solve the current problems. In a city's internal carbon emission structure, the production carbon emission is undoubtedly the most important adjustment object. This paper, based upon the productive energy consumption in Nanjing since 2000, estimates the total production carbon emission of the city, and makes in-depth analysis of the reasons which cause the high carbon emission. And then the paper proposes industry development strategies, like adjusting the industrial structure, and accelerating the low-carbon industries development with existing industrial distribution, policy innovation, etc.
