脂肪源性干细胞的临床前期研究与临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 干细胞生物学研究证实,多种成体组织和器官中存在多能干细胞。2001年Zuk首次报道脂肪组织中存在多能干细胞,称为脂肪源性千细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)^[1]。由于该细胞分布广泛,易于获取,其取材可在局部麻醉下进行,患者痛苦小,因此该细胞是目前为止最有前景的成体干细胞。2004年,国际脂肪治疗与研究学会(Interna-tional Federation of Adipose Therapy and Science,IFATS)确定,通过连续培养后仍然具有多向分化能力的细胞称为脂肪源性干细胞(ADSCs)。而从脂肪组织中新分离的细胞是异质性细胞群,其中包含内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和外周细胞(perieytes)等,称为脂肪基质血管部分(stromal vascular fraction,SVF)^[2]。自2001年至2009年,关于脂肪源性十细胞(或称处理的脂肪抽吸细胞,processed lipoaspirate cells)相关的基础与临床前期研究的报道逐年增加,这也是再生医学取得快速进展的一个重要表现。在这些研究基础上,除有许多临床试验报道外,又有了新的研究方向^[3-4]。笔者现就ADSCs在各系统中的临床前期研究和临床应用现状作一综述。
