摘要
目的:观察义齿基托修复材料的表面粗糙度对变形链球菌粘附的影响,为正确处理义齿基托的表面提供参考。方法:常规制备钴铬合金标准试件8mm×8mm×1mm共40件,分为5组,每组8件,分别按照五种不同的打磨方法处理试件表面,使用手持式表面粗糙度仪测量每组试件的表面粗糙度,通过体外粘附实验观察变形链球菌在不同表面粗糙度试件上的粘附情况,进行Pearson相关性检验和单因素方差分析。结果:各组试件的表面粗糙度与变形链球菌粘附量之间有显著相关性(P<0.01),各组试件细菌粘附量之间的差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:义齿基托修复材料表面粗糙度与细菌的粘附量呈正相关,提示制作义齿时应通过正确的方法减小义齿的表面粗糙度。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of the surface roughness of dental base restoration materials on the adherence of Streptococcus mutans. Method: Forty standard specimens (8 mm× 8 mm × 1 mm) made in cobalt-chromium alloy were divided into 5 groups. 5 different polishing procedures were used on these specimens. The surface roughness of the specimens were determined using TR200 hand-held roughness instrument. The adherence of S. mutans on the surface of specimens were observed. Result- Correlation analysis between the adhesive capacity of S. mutans and the surface roughness of the specimen suggested a good positive correction (.P 〈0.01). The values of S. mutans adhering on the surface of different specimens showed a significant difference (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The surface roughness of dental base is of clinical importance in the process of bacterial retention. The restoration needs proper treatment modality in order to obtain and maintain a surface as smooth as possible.
