摘要
使用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表、简易应对方式问卷、流调中心用抑郁量表对3600名中学生进行调查,探讨应对方式和抑郁对睡眠质量的影响路径。结果表明:抑郁直接影响睡眠质量;消极应对和积极应对对睡眠质量的直接影响都不显著,它们都是通过抑郁中介间接影响睡眠质量的。
The present study aimed at exploring the path of coping style and depression impact on sleep quality.A total of 3600 middle school students were assessed on 3 scales.The 3 scales used in this study were Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Questionnaire,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale.The result showed that:depression directly influencing sleep quality;the direct effect of neither negative nor positive coping styles upon sleep quality is significant,for their indirect influence has been placed on sleep quality through the mediation of depression.
