摘要
目的:探索栝楼薤白汤对肺纤维化形成阶段的干预作用机制。方法:用平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型大鼠后,中药组从第14天开始灌胃栝楼薤白汤,28d后处死并测定、比较各组大鼠血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清及BALF中SOD活性低于正常对照组、MDA含量高于正常对照组,栝楼薤白汤组SOD活性均高于模型组,MDA含量均低于模型组;大鼠BALF中SOD活性、MDA含量与血清SOD活性、MDA含量呈正相关。结论:栝楼薤白汤有抑制模型肺及血清中SOD活性下降及MDA含量增高的作用,血清SOD活性和MDA含量可间接反映肺部脂质过氧化与抗氧化水平。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of intervention effect of Gualou Xiebai(GLXB) decoction on rat's pulmonary fibrosis during its Formation Stage.Methods: After the model rats with pulmonary fibrosis was made by bleomycin A 5(BLMA 5),the rats in herbal groups were administrated with the solution made by GLXB decoction from the day 14,and sacrificed on day 28.Then superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)of rat's serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) in each group were determined and compared.Results: The SOD activity of rats' serum and BALF in the model group was less than the activity of them in control group,the MDA contents of rats' serum and BALF in the model group were more than the contents of them in the control group,the SOD activity of rats' serum and BALF in GLXB decoction group were more than the activity of them in the model group,the MDA contents of rats' serum and BALF in GLXB decoction group were less than the contents of them in the model group;The SOD activity and MDA contents of rats' serum was positively correlated with the SOD activity and MDA contents of rats' BALF.Conclusion: GLXB decoction had the functions of restraining the decline of the SOD activity and the increase of MDA contents of the mode with pulmonary fibrosis and serum.The SOD activity and MDA contents of serum indirectly reflected the level of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation of the lung.
