摘要
泸定水电站连续两年利用基坑过流度汛,且基坑过流流量大、流态复杂;电站下游紧邻泸定县城,安全度汛对保证泸定县城安全至关重要。通过对汛期基坑过流保护方案的比选,并经水工模型试验验证,确定了经济合理、安全可靠的保护方案。基坑过流保护成功地经受了2008年、2009年汛期的考验,满足安全度汛要求。
The Luding Hydropower Station discharges flood by using foundation pit overflowing with large discharge and complex pattern in two consecutive flood seasons. As the tail water of station is close to Luding City, the flood discharge is very important to the safety of Luding City. The schemes of overflowing protection for foundation pit are compared, and verified by hydraulic model testes. The economic and reliable protection scheme is finally proposed. The overilowing protection has withstood the floods in 2008 and 2009, and shows the protection can meet the requirements on safe flood control.
