摘要
对17份甘薯种质资源的9个主要数量性状进行因子分析和聚类分析。结果表明,前3个公因子的累计方差贡献率达88.98%,反映了所有性状绝大部分信息,薯块产量、茎粗、茎分枝数为产量因子;茎叶产量、叶片大小为叶片因子;节间长、最长蔓长为藤蔓因子。根据各种质资源在各公因子上的得分值,将种质资源聚为5大类。云薯46、云薯48、京杂4号的产量和淀粉含量均相对较高,具有一定的开发利用价值;云薯116、云薯122产量最高,可作为以收获鲜薯为主的种质资源加以利用;云薯J-4、川山紫、脱毒一号茎叶产量高,以收获地上部为主;云薯J-10、云薯J-2、云薯J-7、甘心红薯淀粉含量高,适用于加工淀粉、酒精。
The factor and cluster analysis of 9 mainly quantitative traits were made in present study for 17 germplasms of sweet potato.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the previous 3 common factors amounted to 88.98%,which reflected most of the characteristic information.Root tuber yield,thickness of branch and ramification number as the yield factor,stem leaves yield and leaves size as the leaf factor,internodes length and the longest length of branch as the vines factor.According to the scores of the germplasms on the common factors,the germplasms could be classified into 5 groups,Yunshu 46,Yunshu 48 and Jingza No.4 had relatively high yield and starch content,they are used for germplasms of harvest fresh root tubers;Yunshu J-4,Chuanshanzi and Tuodu No.1 had high stem leaves production,they are used for harvest the part of the plants;Yunshu J-10,Yunshu J-2,Yunshu J-7 and Ganxin had relatively high starch content,they are used for processing starch and alcohol.
