摘要
基于重铀酸铵在微波场中的升温特性,研究了微波煅烧重铀酸铵制备八氧化三铀的新工艺。探讨了微波功率、微波加热时间及物料量等因素对八氧化三铀产品中总铀和U4+含量的影响规律。研究结果表明,微波功率和微波加热时间对八氧化三铀产品中总铀和U4+含量的影响显著。在本实验范围内,微波煅烧重铀酸铵制备八氧化三铀的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率700W,微波加热时间10min,物料量60g。在最佳工艺条件下,八氧化三铀产品中总铀和U4+含量分别为84.62%和28.74%,其产品质量满足后续工序要求。微波煅烧重铀酸铵制备八氧化三铀是可行的。
Base on the temperature rise characteristics,the technology to prepare for U3O8 by calcinations from ammonium diuranate was optimized in microwave fields.The effects of microwave heating power,heating time,and mass of sample on the contents of total uranium and U4+ in U3O8 were investigated.The results show that microwave heating power and heating time significantly affect the contents of total uranium and U4+ in U3O8.The optimal calcination conditions in range of experiments are as follows: Microwave heating power is 700 W,heating time is 10 min and mass is 60 g.Under these conditions the contents of total uranium and U4+ in U3O8 are 84.62% and 28.74%,respectively.The quality of products meets the demand of next procedure.It is feasible to prepare for U3O8 by calcination from the ammonium diurante in microwave fields.
