不同林龄水杉人工林下土壤微生物量的变化研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了上海市水杉人工林林下土壤中有机碳、全氮和土壤微生物量碳氮含量。结果显示:沿海地区水杉人工林表层土壤(0~10cm)的有机碳和全氮含量均处于一个比较低的水平,随着林龄的逐渐增大,其含量逐渐变大。土壤微生物量碳占有机碳的比例在0.18%~1.42%,处于一个较低水平;土壤微生物量氮占全氮含量的0.19%~7.04%,处于中等水平。土壤微生物量氮含量和比例随微生物量碳含量和比例增加而增加。土壤微生物量碳、氮含量与土容重和pH值均呈显著负相关,与速效钾含量呈显著正相关,而与土壤含盐量和全磷含量相关性不显著。说明上海市沿海地区水杉人工林下土壤微生物量受多种土壤因素的影响。
