Al-Zn-Cu-Si合金轴瓦材料的研究

摘要 针对现代发动机向高速重载、质轻节能、安全环保方向发展的需求,通过调整合金成分和浇铸工艺,研发出一种新型高承载能力、无铅且质轻的铝合金轴瓦材料.通过正交试验,分析了添加元素的含量对合金力学性能的影响规律,确定了合金的成分控制范围,使其性能指标可达抗拉强度σb≥180 N/mm2,屈服强度σs≥70 N/mm2,伸长率A≥22%. To meet the needs for high-speed, heavily loaded, light-weighted, energy-saving, safe and pollution-free advancement trends of modem engines, a new-type, high load-bearing, lead-free and light-weighted aluminum bearing alloy was developed by adjusting the alloy composition and casting process. Through orthogonal tests, the effects of the added elements on the aUoy's mechanical properties were clarified, and the optimal range of the alloy composition determined, which led to a tensile strength of σb≥180 N/mm2, a yield strength of σb≥70 N/mm2 and an elongation of δ≥22%.
