摘要
服务外包属于人才智力密集型产业,具有技术承载量大、附加价值高、资源消耗低、环境污染小、吸纳就业多等特点,是中国提升产业结构体系和转变经济发展方式的重要手段。但目前中国企业文化适应性较差,严重制约了我国在国际离岸服务外包市场上进一步扩大承接规模、提高服务质量、提升外包层次,应通过合理引进国外专门人才和全面提升国内员工素质,提高服务外包的国际竞争力。
Service outsourcing is a kind of intelligence-intensive industry with high level of technology,high added-value,low consumption of resources,low level of environmental pollution and more opportunities of employment.And this industry is one of the important means for China to improve industrial structure and transform the pattern of economic growth.Cultural adaptability is one of the key influential factors to undertaking offshore outsourcing services.Due to the lack of adaptability to Western cultures,Chinese enterprises have difficulties to enlarge the quantity,improve the quality and up-grade the level in undertaking international outsourcing services.Based on the analysis of actuality of Chinese enterprises,this paper offers suggestions of "employment from abroad" and "cultivation at home" to improve the Chinese enterprises' cultural adaptability and international competitiveness.
