摘要
在广东省农用地三个层次产能核算成果的基础上,分析了五个典型区农用地产能理论利用潜力(远景产能潜力)和可实现利用潜力(近期产能潜力)的空间分布格局,最后结合广东省农用地分等成果,根据各农用地分等参评因子的因子距和相关分析,分析了各典型区近期农用地产能提升的关键方向。结果表明:广东省粤北和潮汕地区农用地利用强度最高,农用地产能潜力较小,未来产能提升空间较低,尤其是潮汕平原区,有的地方已经基本用尽潜力。雷州半岛、粤西南、粤中南地区产能潜力较高,未来产能有较大的提升空间。雷州半岛地区产能提升主要靠提高灌溉保证率;粤西南和粤中南提升的主要方向均是农田基础设施整治,提高灌溉保证率,同时改善土壤pH和提高土壤肥力分别是粤西南区和粤中南区的另一个产能提升的重要方向;粤北主要靠提高灌溉保证率和有机质含量、改善田面坡度来提升产能;潮汕平原区农用地产能提升潜力较低,可通过对沿海土壤盐渍化的改善提升部分农用地产能。
On the basis of the calculation of the three-layered farmland productivity in Guangdong Province,analysis was done of spatial patterns of theoretical use potentials(prospective production potential) and achievable use potentials(near-future production potential) of the farmlands in the five typical areas of Guangdong Province,and based on the grading of the farmlands of the province and the analysis of differentials and correlations of the factors involved in grading of farmlands,it was also done of keys to promoting farmland productivity in these typical areas in near future.Results show that the farmlands in North Guangdong and Chaozhou-Shantou region are the highest in land-use intensity,leaving little production potential available for tapping and little room for productivity promotion in future.The Chaoshan Plain in particular has almost exhausted the productivity potential of some of its farmlands.In Leizhou Peninsula,Central-south Guangdong,and Southwest Guangdong,the farmlands still have some productivity potential,so their productivities may be raised by quite a large margin in future.In Leizhou Peninsula,improving its probability of irrigation is the key way to raising its farmland productivity,while in Central-south Guangdong,and Southwest Guangdong,improvement of their farmland infrastructure and probability of irrigation is the main orientation of their efforts to increase farmland productivity,and raising soil pH and building up soil fertility are other two.North Guangdong,however,will have to rely on better probability of irrigation,higher soil organic matter certification and leveled farmlands.The Chaoshan Plain does not have much potential to raise its farmland productivity,yet it still could by ameliorating its coastal salt-affected soil.
