摘要
对某体育中心钢结构屋盖单榀结构拼装、吊装及结构整体安装方案,用ANSYS对施工过程进行模拟,对两种结构拉索张拉方案的模拟结果进行比较,优选出最终的方案。该方案的特点是采用分步、分级张拉;考虑到加快施工进度,保证结构安全,千斤顶由中间往两边移动,对称张拉,使之符合设计状态;合理的吊装及张拉方案为整个结构按计划完成施工提供了可靠保证。
It was mainly introduced the assembling,hoisting and integral installation of steel roof of a sports center.The software ANSYS was used to simulate the construction process of the steel roof.Two cable tension plans were compared and one of them was chosen as the final plan.The main feature of this plan was that it was operated step by step.Considering quicken the speeding up of construction and ensuring structure stability,the jack was moved from center to both sides of the structure and symmetric tension was done,so that it could conform the state of the design.Reasonable hoisting and tension plan made the structure be completed according to the plan.
