摘要
目的应用Tei指数评价冠心病患者的左室功能改变。方法应用脉冲多普勒超声分别测量34例冠心病患者和34例正常人的左室射血时间(ET)和Tei指数,并进行比较。结果冠心病患者的Tei指数明显大于正常对照组(P<0.001),而ET明显小于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用Tei指数能有效评价冠心病患者左室整体功能状况。
Objective To evaluate left ventricular function（LVF）in patients with coronary artery disease（CAD）using Tei index.Methods The left ventricular ejection time（ET）and Tei indexes in 34 patients with CAD and 34 healthy volunteers were measured by using pulsed Doppler echocardiography（PDE）separately,which were compared between the two groups.Results Tei indexes in patients with CAD were significantly higher than those in the normal controls（P0.001）,and ET were significantly lowser than those in the nomal controls（P0.01）.Conclusion Tei indexes can evaluate LVF in patients with CAD effectively.
