摘要
液压滑阀是液压控制系统中控制液压油流动方向和流量的重要元件,阀体内流场特性直接影响阀的工作性能.按照实际使用中的参数,建立了滑阀的三维几何模型,利用CFD软件对其阀体内液体的流动状态进行了仿真分析,其结果对阀体结构的设计和性能优化都有重要的实际意义.
Hydraulic slide valve is a critical component in the hydraulic control system,which controls the fluid pressu flow direction and flow rate.The characteristics of valve flow have a great impact on the performance of hydraulic valves.A 3D geometric model of the hydraulic valve is established according to the parameters of the in-service hydraulic slide valve.The hydraulic oil flow inside the hydraulic valve is simulated based on the CFD software.The analytical results offer a foundation for optimizing the structure of hydraulic slide valve.
