石煤提钒工艺及焙烧设备的清洁性评价 被引量:5

摘要 我国已颁布了56个重点行业的清洁生产标准,从生产工艺与设备要求及资源能源利用指标等6个方面规定了清洁生产考核的定量或定性指标要求。本文针对尚无清洁生产标准可供参考的陕西省从石煤中提取V2O5的生产企业,从生产工艺及设备的角度出发,按照石煤提钒的工艺流程逐项对生产工艺以及其中的焙烧设备进行清洁性比对,最终得出最为清洁的生产工艺路线是"回转窑空白焙烧(天然气供热)—稀酸浸出—离子交换提钒—铵盐沉钒"的结论。 China has issued 56 standards for cleaner production in key industries,which provide quantitative or qualitative indicators for the evaluation of cleaner production from six aspects,such as the requirements of production process and equipment,the utilization of resources and energy and so on.However,there is no standard for the cleaner production for extracting V2O5 from stone coal for the related production enterprises.From the perspective of production technology and equipment,this paper compares the cleanness of roasting process and equipment in terms of the process of vanadium extraction from stone coal and concludes that the most clean production process route is "empty roasting kiln(natural gas heating)-dilute acid leaching-ammonium ion exchange-ammonium vanadium".
