摘要
在复杂零件冲压成形过程中,合理的成形工艺是保证生产合格零部件、降低生产成本的关键。本文根据零件冲压工艺要求和结构特点进行成形工艺分析,制定了拉深冲孔→切边冲孔→翻边整形的工艺方案。随后对其成形过程进行了模拟,以在成形过程中零件不出现破裂、材料变薄率最小为优化原则,对影响成形质量的因素如坯料尺寸、拉延筋的结构形式进行了分析。结果表明:拉延筋的结构与分布对成形质量有重要影响。
According to the stamping process requirements and structural features,the forming process of drawing punching→trimming punching→flanging plastic has been established in the text.Then the forming process has been simulated.Taking the non—broken part and minimum thinning rate of material in the forming process as the optimization principle,the factors,which affect the forming quality,such as the blank size and the structure of the drawbead,have been analyzed.It shows that the structure and distribution of the drawbead has important influence to the forming quality.
