摘要
运用Fluent软件对气路板中的一条典型气道进行了数值模拟,分析了流场特性与气道结构的关系及造成气道压力损失的原因,并对气道中的直角转向结构进行了优化,并定量计算了优化前后的压力损失,计算模拟结果表明优化后的结构可以有效提高气道中气流的性能品质。
A new type air circuit board was introduced. The simulation software Fluent was applied to simulate the flow-field of a typical airway inside the new air circuit board.The relationship between the flow-field feature and the airway structure was analyzed, and the causations of the pressure loss were discussed. Based on the simulation result, the right-angle structure was improved, and the pressure-loss before and after improvement was calculated. All of the results show that the improved typical airway structure can effectively enhance the quality of the gas flow in the airway.
