摘要
目前在我国高校中,行政化问题非常突出。而在探讨高校如何去行政化问题上,有很多不同的视角,高校行政化其本质也就是在于高校的管理政治化,存在浓厚的"官本位"思想。基于人本主义视角,分别探讨了高校行政化现象中人本的缺失以及如何在高校去行政化中重拾人本,旨在树立以人为本的高校行政新体制。
Nowadays,the problem of administrative trend of China＇s colleges and universities is extraordinarily serious,whose essence is their internal politicized management and strong sense of ranking.There are many different perspectives on the issue of the de-administration.The article,based on humanism,respectively discusses the lack of humanism in their administrative trend and how to regain humanism in the process of de-administration,which aims at establishing a new people-oriented administrative system in colleges and universities.
