摘要
知识产权资本化是提高知识产权利用率,促进科技成果转化的方式之一。目前,我国关于知识产权资本化的法律法规存在诸多缺陷与不足,导致实践中关于知识产权资本化的纠纷连续不断。建议完善相关立法,明确知识产权出资客体以及各方主体的权利、义务和责任,促进知识产权资本化。
The capitalization of intellectual property is one way to improve the utilization of intellectual property and promote the conversion of scientific and technological achievements. At present, there are many problems about our country＇s law of the capitalization of intellectual property. This status que results in many disputes in practice. Therefore, we need perfect related legislation, clear the objects of the capitalization of intellectual property and the rights, duties and obligation of the subjects, and promote the capitalization of intellectual property.
