摘要
目的:探讨红景天对Cox-2在大鼠胃粘膜中表达的影响及其作用机制。方法:将80只实验大鼠分为空白组、模型组、维甲酸治疗组和红景天维甲酸治疗组,采用Feulgen染色、Westernblot及TUNEL法检测大鼠胃粘膜中的DNA含量、Cox-2基因表达及细胞凋亡。结果:红景天维甲酸治疗组癌变率显著低于模型组和维甲酸治疗组(P〈0.05)。Cox-2基因表达与细胞凋亡受抑制具有一定的相关性。结论:红景天加维甲酸可下调Cox-2基因表达,促进细胞凋亡,其抗癌作用值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of Rhodiola on the Cox-2 expression in gastric mucosa of rats. Methods: go rats were divided into control group, model group, Rhodiola retinoic acid retinoic aeid treatment group and treatment group, using Feulgen staining, Western blotting and TUNEL assay to detect DNA content in gastric mucosa, Cox- 2 gent expression and apoptosis. Results: Rhodiola retinoic acid treatment group, cancer was significantly lower than model group and retinoic acid treatment group (P 〈0.05). Cox-2 gene expression and inhibition of apoptosis has some relevance. Conclusion: Rhodiola Garvey acid can down-regulate Cox-2 gene expression, promote apoptosis, its role in cancer worthy of clinical application and promotion.
