摘要
目的:对25种有文献记载抗敏抗刺激功效的植物或从植物中分离得到的单体成分进行抗敏抗刺激性功效筛选。方法:分别通过RBC溶血实验、透明质酸酶体外抑制实验对25种植物样品的刺激性、抗敏功效、抗刺激功效进行筛选。结果:抗敏效果最好的前五种样品依次为:仙人掌>甘草酸二钾>葡萄籽>燕麦>绿豆发酵物,其透明质酸酶体外抑制率分别为97.1%、95.2%、93.2%、85.2%和83.8%。抗刺激效果最好的前五种样品依次为:葡萄籽>茶多酚>仙人掌>槲皮素>枳实,其对SDS致损血红细胞的抑制率分别为81.1%、66.8%、46.4%、44.3%和36.2%。结论:纯植物提取物具有刺激性小,抗敏及抗刺激性功效好的优点,在化妆品中具有非常广泛的应用前景。
Objective:This paper reported the screening of the anti-allergy and anti-irritant effect of 25 plant samples. Methods: The effect was evaluated through the experiments of RBC hemolysis,in vitroinhibition of hyaluronidase test. Results: The best five samples in anti allergy test: Cactus〉 Licorice acid dipotassium〉Grape Seed〉Avena sativa〉Mung bean fermentation, the in vitro inhibition rates of hyaluronidase were97.1% ,95.2% ,93.2%85.2% and 83.8% ,respectively. The best five samples in anti irritant test :Grape seed〉TP;〉Caetus〉Quercetin^Citrus aurantium, inhibition rates of the red blood cell loss caused by SDS were 81.1%, 66.8% ,46.4 % and 36.2 %, respectively. Conclusion: Conclusion: The pure plant extracts with irritation, allergy and anti irritant efficacy advantages have a very wide range of prospects in cosmetic applications.
