摘要
为了满足国内对前驱变速器差速性能台架试验的需求,通过对差速器工作特性和试验标准的研究,提出了差速台架试验控制方法,建立了相应的试验平台。通过对某型前驱变速器差速可靠性试验及试验数据的分析,验证了所提出的差速台架试验控制方法和试验平台的可行性。
In order to meet the need for Differential Reliability bench test of Front-Wheel Driving Transmission, the paper has given a control method of differential bench test and establishes the test plat according to the analysis of working characteristics and test standards. A differential reliability test of front-wheel driving transmission has been done and the result shows that the control method and test plat are feasible.
