摘要
在飞机结构设计中,主传力构件的轻量化设计十分关键。通过引入结构承载因子,对加强框结构的传力路径进行量化,得到加强框结构最佳的传力路径。相对于传统的结构尺寸优化设计方法,提出的基于承载因子的传力路径优化方法仅需要考虑结构外形和载荷对结构承载的影响,不必考虑结构细节尺寸大小,因此,该方法具有高度的概括性和综合性。同时,通过求出的结构最小承载因子,再结合结构设计中人为确定的许用应力,即可估算出结构的最小质量,这对传统优化方法所得结果具有较大的指向作用。
Design on lightweight of main connecting component is a very crucial factor in aircraft structure design.The path of force transfer of aircraft bulkhead is studied,the concept of structural load-carrying factor is introduced,and its path of force transfer is quantified to get the best path of force transfer.Compared with the traditional structural size optimization design method,the proposed optimization method only needs to consider the structural shape and load,without thinking the size of structural details,therefore,this method is of high generality and comprehensibility.Meanwhile,through the minimum load-carrying factor and allowable stress,the minimum weight of the structure can be quickly estimated.The method proposed in this paper has offered a guideline to the results of traditional optimization method.
