摘要
本文用 VO(i-OC_3H_7)_3为原料采用溶胶—凝胶浸渍法在石英玻璃基片上制备了凝胶薄膜,通过真空热处理获得了具有半导体—金属可逆相转变现象的 VO_x(2≤x<2.5)薄膜,其相转变温度为67℃,相转变前后近红外区域薄膜的透过率变化可达50%,红外光谱研究表明,x 值接近于2。
VO(i-OC_3H_7)_3 being used as the starting material,VO_x thin films have beenprepared on silica glass substrates by the sol-gel dip-coating method and heat trea-ted under vacuum conditions.These thin films show a reversible sem(?)conduc(?)or-metal phase transition at 67℃.The chage of transmittance in the near IR regiondue to the phase transition is as high as 50%.Infrared spectra show that the va-lue of x is close (?) 2.
