沸石生物联合吸附再生工艺中溶解性有机物的特性变化 被引量:2

Changes of dissolved organic matters properties in zeolite enhanced biological contact-adsorption regeneration-stabilization process

摘要 利用三维荧光技术(EEM)和凝胶过滤色谱法(GFC)研究了沸石生物联合吸附再生(ZCS)工艺中溶解性有机物(DOM)在系统中的变化规律。结果表明,生活污水DOM中主要的荧光物质有类蛋白质(荧光峰A和B)和类腐殖质(荧光峰C),经ZCS工艺处理后,荧光峰B较峰A的强度降低更多,说明类蛋白质的组成结构发生了变化;荧光峰C削减量最少。回流混合液经过A/O再生段后各荧光峰的去除率又有进一步提高,说明除了对吸铵饱和的沸石粉进行再生外,A/O再生段还可进一步降解沸石污泥上吸附的有机物。经ZCS工艺处理后,进水中分子量MW<10 kDa的DOM去除率最高,MW在10~50 kDa的DOM有所增加。O池中由于微生物代谢和基质降解产生了部分分子量为3 074.6~3 268.0 kDa的大分子物质。污水处理过程中重均分子量Mw和数均分子量Mn的比值(Mw/Mn)是逐渐减小的。 Three-dimensional excitation-emission matrix(EEM) fluorescence spectroscopy and gel filtration chromatography(GFC) were applied to characterize the change patters of dissolved organic matters(DOM) in the zeolite enhanced contact-adsorption regeneration-stabilization(ZCS) process.Test results showed that the fluorescent components in domestic wastewater DOM were mainly protein-like substances(peak A and peak B) and humic-like substances(peak C).The fluorescent intensity(FI) of peak B decreased more than peak A after ZCS treatment,which indicated that the structure of protein-like substances changed.The reduction of peak C's FI was the least.In the regeneration units(anoxic tank and oxic tank),the FI of peak A,peak B,peak C of the recycled sludge were further reduced,which proved that A/O units could not only regenerate the ammonium-saturated zeolite powder but also decompose the DOM adsorbed by zeolite sludge.After ZCS treatment,molecules in the influent with molecular weight(MW) under 10 kDa were most significantly degraded,while molecules with MW of 10~50 kDa increased.In DOM of the oxic basin,some macromolecular substances with the MW of 3 074.6~3 268.0 kDa that were absent in DOM in the influent were found,which might be related to biomass-associated products and substrate utilization-associated products.It could be also observed that the general trend of weight-average molecular weight(Mw)/number-average molecular weight(Mn) tended to decrease along with the treatment process.
