摘要
工程硕士教育与设备监理职业资格认证的对接是工程硕士教育与国内职业资格认证的首次合作,对于拓宽工程硕士培养类型,有针对性地加强应用型工程人才培养,有效弥补设备监理人员队伍高层次人才不足的问题,提升我国设备监理人员综合素质和竞争力,确保重大工程项目质量意义重大。二者的成功合作将为深入推进工程硕士与国内其它职业资格认证的合作提供重要参考。
The collaboration of a master of engineering program with the professional qualification certification of equipment supervisors is a first of such efforts in China.It is highly meaningful in that it enhances the training of competent engineers,enlarges the force of equipment supervisors,raises their capabilities and competitive strengths,and consequently helps ensure the quality of large-scale projects.This collaboration will provide useful experience for the integration of master of engineering programs with the certification of other types of professional qualifications in this country.
