摘要
针对传统的温度测量方法所具有的缺点,如测量点少、精度低、数据处理繁琐等,研制了微机多通道数据采集系统。采用转换精度为12 位的 A D 板,并对模拟信号进行调理放大。该系统可以同时监测32 点的温度场变化,在5m s 之内对所有通道扫描一次。采用 O O P 方法和事件驱动机制编制了数据采集软件,利用动态内存分配和使用扩展内存,使得每个监测点的数据样本数可达3000 点以上。
cause traditional way of temperature measuring has the demerit of a few sample points,low accuracy and cockamamie data processing,32 channels rapid data acquisition system by using PC was developed to monitor the variation of temperature field on real time.AD card which conversion accuracy is 12 bit was employed and analog signal is tuned and amplified before conversion.The system can monitor 32 spots temperature variation simultaneously and scan all channels in 5 ms.Object Oriented Programming method and event driven mechanism were employed to design data acquisition program.Total sample points of each observing spot are more than 3000 with dynamic memory allocation technology and using extended memory.
