摘要 从宏观力学出发 ,通过理论解析和反复试验 ,提出了圆柱体平板镦粗和平砧拔长新理论 ,在此基础上 ,提出一系列新锻造工艺 ,如锥形板镦粗、L Z锻造法、新 FM锻造法等。从热力学着眼 ,对控制锻造及对晶粒度控制进行了研究 ,提出了有价值的低压转子钢工艺。部分研究成果已在生产中应用 ,获得显著的经济及社会效益 ,发表的部分论文被国内外文摘引用 ,受到国内外学术界高度评价。专家验收意见认为 :该项课题研究“属先进制造技术基础性研究的学科前沿领域”,研究成果“促进了学科的发展”。 Proceeding from macroscopic mechanics,a cylinder upset of flat platens and the flat-anvil stretching theories are proposed through analyzing the theory and doing experiments repeatedly.On the basis of the above theories,a series of the new forging technology is advanced,such as cone-platen upsetting、LZ forging method、new FM forging method et al.Seeing from therodynamics,a valuable technology of lower-pressure turbine-rotor steel is proposed in the research of controlling forging and controlling crystalline grains.Some research achievement has applied to production and has gained remarkable economical and social benefit.Some of the published paper quotes in the international and has highly valued in academic circles. The view of experts is:The research of this subject 'belongs to forward position field that basic observation of advanced manufactured'.Research achievements'promote the development of the discipline'.
