摘要
本文回顾了清华大学机械工程系锻压教研组在钢锭凝固、锻造过程有限元分析、密栅云纹技术、相交及热处理数值模拟等方面的研究进展。介绍了上述研究成果在大锻件工艺设计中的应用以及编制的数值分析软件。最后,作者展望了今后大锻件工艺数值模拟技术的研究方向。
The research development of ingot solidification,FEM analysis for forging process, moire.phase transformation and numerical simulation for heat treatment in mechanical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University. was reviewed in this paper. Application of the research results above to the design of heavy forging processes,and softwares developed by the authors were also introduced. Finally,the authors prospected the trends of numerical simulation technique research for heavy forging processes in future.
