摘要 柴油机伞帘喷雾燃烧系统通过喷嘴与特殊燃烧室的配合,主要依靠燃油喷雾与壁面的相互作用来促进混合气形成和燃烧.在喷油泵试验台上,应用闪光摄影法,研究了压力容器内该燃烧系统的宏观喷雾特性.试验结果表明,中心喷雾碰撞燃烧室底面平台后形成准伞状喷雾,侧向喷雾碰撞燃烧室侧面凸缘后形成帘状喷雾.无论是否存在壁面限制,侧向喷雾锥角变化的总趋势是经过较短时间的减小后达到稳定.喷雾碰壁过程中的侧向喷雾锥角稳定值小于相应的自由喷雾,其贯穿能力远小于相应的自由喷雾.碰壁喷雾轮廓的变化过程基本上是先急后缓.凹型壁面对碰壁喷雾有聚集作用.在伞帘喷雾燃烧系统中,燃油和空气的混合主要在喷雾碰壁后进行. Cone Curtain Spray Combustion (CCSC) system for diesel engine depends mainly on fuel spray/wall interaction to promote air fuel mixture formation and combustion by means of the matching of nozzle and special combustion chamber. In this paper, the macro spray characteristics were investigated by using stroboscopic photography in a pressure vessel, on injection pump test stand. The experimental results show that a quasi conical spray is formed after the central spray impinges upon the protruding disk at the bottom of the piston bowl and that curtain sprays are produced after the side sprays impinge upon the protruding edge on the side wall. Whether there is wall confinement or not, the side spray angle generally stabilizes after a continuous decrease during the short initial stage of fuel injection. The constant side spray angle during the impingement is less than that of the corresponding free spray. The wall spray penetration is far below that of free spray. The spray outline varies rapidly in the early period and slowly in the late period. A curved inwards wall has a convergent effect on wall spray. In CCSC system, air fuel mixing occurs mainly after fuel spray/wall impingement.
