光热疗法与传统艾灸治疗痹症的临床对照研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨灸法治疗痹症是否借助其燃烧过程中产生的光热效应。方法:根据试验设定的纳入标准,把纳入的病例分为仪器组和艾灸组。在进行常规针刺治疗后,仪器组使用光热进行治疗。艾灸组使用传统艾灸疗法进行治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:两组临床治疗效果不存在差异。结论:灸法能够治疗痹症是由于其燃烧过程中所产生的光热效应。 Objective:To study the effect of moxibustion on Bi syndrom by using the optothermal effect caused in the course of its burning.Methods:The patients of the trial were separated into two groups,the instrument group and the moxibustion group.After the regular treatment of acupuncture,the patients of the instrument group are treated by optothermal,and the patients of moxibustion group are treated by the traditional moxibustion.Compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effects of the two groups had no differentiation.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of moxibustion on Bi syndrome is by means of the optothermal effect caused in the process of its burning.
