复方巴戟天合剂对激素性股骨头坏死大鼠模型血液流变学和血脂的影响 被引量:14

Effect of Hemorheology and Blood Lipids in Rat Model with Steroid-induced Osteonecrosis of the Femoral Head Treated with Compound Morinda Root Mist

摘要 目的:观察复方巴戟天合剂治疗激素诱导大鼠股骨头坏死的疗效,并探讨其机理以指导临床。方法:取72只SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常组、模型组、对照组、治疗组;除正常组外,第1~4周各组均每周2次注射醋酸强的松龙24.5mg/kg,第4~8周每周1次注射醋酸强的松龙24.5mg/kg造模。造模同时给药,正常组喂生理盐水;模型组喂生理盐水;对照组予仙灵骨葆混悬液灌胃;治疗组予复方巴戟天合剂灌胃。每组在第4、8、12周各处死6只。测定血液流变学和血清血脂含量。结果:①血液流变学测定结果:血液流变学指标在不同时期正常组和模型组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),模型组与对照组、治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组与治疗组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),治疗组第8、12周与第4周比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②血脂测定结果:在造模第4周时,正常组与模型组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),模型组与对照组、治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组与治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);造模第8周时,正常组与模型组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组与治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);造模第12周时,正常组与模型组间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对照组与治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),模型组与治疗组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),治疗组第12周与第4周比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:复方巴戟天合剂能够改善因激素导致的血脂异常增高状态,改善异常的血液流变状态,对大鼠激素性股骨头坏死可能具有治疗作用。 Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Morinda Root Mist for treatment to steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head in rat model.Methods:72 adult SD rats were randomized into four groups: the normal group,the model group,the control group and the therapeutic group.ANFH rat models were established by injection of glucocorticoid,physiological saline,physiological saline,Xian ling gu bao capsules and compound morinda root mist were given separately by gastric infusion one time a day in the four group.The rats were killed in the fourth,eighth and twelfth week respectively.Then the hemorheology and blood lipids were observed.Results:There was significant difference in hemorheology between the normal group and the model group groups(P0.05);there was significant difference in hemorheology among the model group,the control group,the therapeutic group(P0.05);there was no significant difference in hemorheology beteen the control group and the therapeutic group(P0.05);there was significant difference in hemorheology in the eighth and twelfth week respectively in the therapeutic group(P0.05),compared with that in the fourth week;in the fourth week,there was significant difference in blood lipids between the normal group and the model group(P0.01);there was significant difference in blood lipids among the model group,the control group,the therapeutic group(P0.05);there was significant difference in blood lipids between the control group and the therapeutic group(P0.05);in the eighth week,there was significant difference in blood lipids between the normal group and the model group(P0.05);there was significant difference in blood lipids between the control group and the therapeutic group(P0.05);in the twelfth week,there was no significant difference in blood lipids between the normal group and the model group(P0.05);there was significant difference in blood lipids between the control group and the therapeutic group(P0.05);there was significant difference in blood lipids between the model group and the therapeutic group(P0.05);there was significant difference in blood lipids in the fourth and twelfth week respectively.Conclusions:Compound morinda root mist has a remarkable preventive and therapeutic effect on ANFH by improving the hemorheology and blood lipids.
