益气化瘀方促进破裂型腰椎间盘突出重吸收机制的探讨 被引量:6

Mechanism of Reabsorption of Yiqihuayu Decoction on Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation of Rupture Type

摘要 目的:研究益气化瘀方促进破裂型腰椎间盘突出重吸收的机制。方法:将28只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、益气化瘀方组、硫唑嘌呤组,每组7只。动物造模成功后给药20d后处死,所取得的大鼠椎间盘进行益气化瘀组B细胞(CD19)免疫组织化学染色;流式细胞仪检测T细胞(CD3、CD4、CD8)的含量。结果:CD19的阳性表达率明显高于模型组和硫唑嘌呤组(P<0.05);各组都有T细胞(CD3、CD4、CD8)的阳性表达,并且益气化瘀组和模型组含量都高于硫唑嘌呤组。结论:腰椎间盘突出后重吸收或缩小与机体的自身免疫反应有关,中药益气化瘀方能够吸引活性的T、B细胞,从而促进自身免疫反应的作用,进而促进椎间盘突出后重吸收。 Objective:To detect the mechanism of reabsorption of Yiqihuayu decoction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of rupture type.Methods:All 28 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,Yiqihhuayu decoction group,and azathioprim group,7 rats in each group.The successful animal models were killed 20 days after administration.The immunohistochemistry was used to detect CD19 of the lumbar disc,and the flow cytometry was used to examine the levels of T cells(CD3,CD4,and CD8).Results: The rate of positive expression of B cells(CD19) in Yiqihuayu decoction group was significantly higher than the model group and azathioprine group(P0.05).There was positive expression of T cells(CD3,CD4,and CD8) in each group,and the levels of positive expression in Yiqihuayu decoction group and model group were both higher than azathioprine group.Conclusion:The disc reabsorption and diminution of the lumbar intervertebral disc herniation is relevant with the autoimmune response.Yiqihuayu decoction can attract activity T and B cells,thus to promote the role of autoimmune response,then to promote disc reabsorption of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
