摘要
高分子粘接剂与小分子增塑剂癸二酸二辛酯(DOS)的相分离会严重影响端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)固体推进剂的使用性能。文中应用分子动力学(MD)和介观动力学(MesoDyn)模拟方法研究了不同增塑剂含量和温度对HTPB/DOS共混物的相容性和介观形貌的影响。结果表明,在室温时当增塑剂DOS的含量为6%时,HTPB和DOS的相容性最好;随温度升高,HTPB/DOS共混物的相容性得到改善,当温度低于228K时,共混物会产生明显的相分离。
The phase separation between polymer binder and small molecular plasticizer dioctyl sebaceae(DOS) has an important effect on the properties of hydroxyl-terminated polyethadene(HTPB) propellants.The influence of plasticizer content and temperature on the miscibility and microphase morphology of HTPB/DOS blends was investigated by atomistic molecular dynamics(MD) and mesoscopic dynamics(MesoDyn) simulations.The results indicate that at 6% concentration of DOS,the HTPB/DOS blends approximately possess a homogeneous phase at room temperature.The temperature is another key factor in controlling microphase morphology of blends,as temperature rises the compatibility of HTPB/DOS improves and when the temperature lower 228K,the phase separation happens.
