过氧化氢低温等离子灭菌器灭菌效果及其影响因素研究 被引量:20

STUDY ON STERILIZATION EFFECT AND INFLUENCE FACTORS OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE LOW-TEMPERATURE PLASMA STERILIZER

摘要 目的研究过氧化氢等离子灭菌器灭菌效果及其影响因素。方法采用载体定性灭菌试验方法,以两种指标菌芽孢为对象,对过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器灭菌效果及其影响因素进行了观察。结果过氧化氢低温等离子体单周期灭菌处理,对规范包装的缝合针、硅胶管、腔镜、电刀等均能达到灭菌合格,而对棉织物、纸类、粉剂、水剂灭菌后均不合格。潮湿或干燥不彻底的金属管道和塑料管道不能达到完全灭菌;对携带有机物的物品不能达到完全灭菌。过氧化氢低温等离子体对嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢SSIK31株与ATCC 7953株杀灭效果基本一致,而对嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢ATCC 12980株杀灭效果明显好于前2株。结论吸收性物品、干燥不彻底的物品以及物品携带有机物都明显影响过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果,不同株的嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢对过氧化氢低温等离子体抗力存在差异。 Objective To study sterilization effect and influence factors of hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer.Methods Carrier qualitative sterilization test and two kinds of index spores were used to observe the sterilization effects of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer and its influencing factors.Results Under single cycle antiseptic processing of hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer,packing by the standardization of the suture needle,silicon tube,cavity mirrors,electron knife etc.all can reach the sterilization required.But cotton fabric,paper class,powder,agent after sterilization are not qualified.Wet or not thoroughly dried metal pipe and plastic piping cannot be sterilized.Material contaminated with organic cannot be sterilized.Hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma have the same sterilization effect to Bacillus stearothermophilus spores SSIK31 and ATCC 7953.And have better effect of B.stearothermophilus spores ATCC 12980.Conclusion The sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma sterilizer was significantly affected by resorption property of material,not thoroughly dried and organic carry.Different strains of B.stearothermophilus spores had different resistance to hydrogen peroxide low temperature plasma.
