摘要
目的研究并建立负压救护车排风净化装置病毒气溶胶泄露检测方法,对该排风净化装置的病毒气溶胶过滤效率进行测试评价。方法采用人工气溶胶和空气微生物采样器采样方法,对负压救护车排风净化装置过滤粘质沙雷菌噬菌体SM702气溶胶的效率进行了评价。结果用DV40气溶胶发生器发生噬菌体病毒气溶胶,发生器流量为10 L/m in,噬菌体SM702气溶胶空气动力学数量中值直径为0.744μm。在该排风净化装置过滤前噬菌体气溶胶的浓度>107pfu/m3,过滤后测试该排风净化装置对病毒气溶胶过滤效率>99.99%。结论利用建立的负压救护车排风净化装置病毒气溶胶过滤效率测试方法,可以对排风净化装置对病毒气溶胶的过滤效率进行测试评价。
Objective To develop the method for testing and evaluating the filtration efficiency of negative-pressure emergency ambulances ventilation decontamination equipment against viral aerosol.Methods Negative-pressure emergency ambulances ventilation decontamination equipment filtrating efficiency against Phage SM702 aerosol was determined by artificial generated viral aerosol and quantitative air sampling methods.Results Phage SM702 viral aerosol was generated by DV40 nebulizer and the flow rate was 10 L/min.Count median aerodynamic diameter of phage SM702 was 0.744 μm.The concentration of viral aerosol before filtration was above 107 PFU/m3.Filtration efficiency of negative-pressure emergency ambulances ventilation decontamination equipment against viral aerosol was 99.99%.Conclusion The test method can be used in evaluating the protect performance of the canister against microbiological aerosol.
