胶质瘤免疫逃逸机制与放疗的关系研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 放疗是目前神经系统肿瘤尤其是胶质瘤的综合治疗手段之一,平均可延长患者6到8个月的生存时间,但即使放疗后仍有超过90%的患者出现复发。肿瘤细胞突破宿主本身的免疫监视机制在肿瘤的形成中起到非常重要的作用,但是胶质瘤放疗对肿瘤细胞固有的免疫逃逸行为有何种影响目前还不太清楚。本文就放疗与免疫逃逸之间可能的相互关系作一综合的论述。 Radiotherapy is the mainstay in the treatment of cancers in central nervous system, especially gliomas. Overall survival can be prolonged for 6-8 months. But recurrence is frequently observed in 90% of patients after radiotherapy. Escaping from the host's immunological surveillance plays an important role in tumourigenesis. However, the influence of radiotherapy on the immune escape of tumor is not fully elucidated. In this article, we reviewed the possible relationship between radiotherapy and immune escape.
