摘要
高校图书馆在一定程度上象征着高校的综合竞争力,而"服务"则标志着高校图书馆工作的核心竞争力。随着现代图书馆资源构成的多样性和复杂性,"服务"不仅成为了高校图书馆建设中面临的重要课题,而且对"服务"的理解和态度也已成为了现代高校图书馆的价值取向。传统的读者服务方式在现代图书馆建设中发生了根本性的变化,各个高校都在探索新的"读者服务"的范式,以此提升图书馆的服务质量和形象。
Library plays an important role in demonstrating the competitiveness of university with its core function of "erving".As resources of modern libraries have become diversified and complex,"how to serve" is now a major task and the understanding and attitudes toward "service" have turned into a value orientation in library construction.Since traditional ways of reader-service have completely changed,new paradigms are being explored so as to upgrade the quality and image of the service in library.
