镁钙铝复合催化剂的制备及其在丙酮缩合中的性能 被引量:5

Synthesis of MgCaAl Composite Oxide Compounds and Their Catalytic Performances in the Condensation of Ccetone to Isophorone

摘要 采用氨水为沉淀剂,共沉淀法制备了一系列MgCaAl复合酸碱氧化物催化剂。考察了催化剂的金属离子比、共沉淀时的溶液pH值、晶化温度、焙烧温度等条件对制备的催化剂在丙酮缩合制异佛尔酮反应中催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,所制备的复合固体催化剂在丙酮气相缩合制备异佛尔酮的反应中表现出良好的活性。在Mg/Ca/Al物质的量比为10:1:10,共沉淀时溶液pH值为9.0,晶化温度为70℃,焙烧温度为600℃的较适宜条件下制得的催化剂催化丙酮缩合反应时,丙酮转化率为33%,异佛尔酮选择性为86%。 A series of MgCaAl composite acid-base compound catalyst were prepared by co-precipitation method, used ammonia as the precipitating agent. The main preparing conditions affecting activity of catalysts were investigated in the condensation of acetone to isophorone. The results indicated that the catalyst showed good activity and stability, prepared at the conditions of Mg/Ca/Al molar ratio of I0:1:10, solution pH of 9.0, precipitating temperature of 70℃ and calcination temperature of 600℃, at which the conversion of acetone and the selectivity of isophorone were 33% and 86%, respectively. The existence of basic centers on the surface complex oxides was favorable for the synthesis of isophorone.
