分光光度法测定蒙药泡囊草不同部位中总生物碱的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立泡囊草中不同部位总生物碱的含量测定方法。方法:以氢溴酸东莨菪碱为对照品,用酸性染料溴甲酚绿染色,采用分光光度法,在415nm波长下测定样品中总生物碱的含量。结果:吸光度值与生物碱含量线性关系良好(r=0.9998);回收率为98.68%,RSD为2.19%;泡囊草叶生物碱含量最高,达到5.6695mg/g,果、茎其次,根中最低。结论:泡囊草部位不同总生物碱含量也不同,该测定方法简便可靠,可用于泡囊草质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for determination of total alkaloids from different parts of Physochlaina Physaloideslis saxicola.Methods:Using scopolamine hydrobromide as control sample.The contents of total alkaloids in the samples were tested at 415 nm with the spectroscopy by the means of acid dye method.Results:The calibration curve of berberine were linear(r=0.9998),and the average recovery was 98.68%,RSD was 2.19%.The content of alkaloids in leaves the highest,with 5.6695 mg/g,followed by fruits and stems / roots.Conclusion: This method is simple and effective,and the contents of total alkaloids were different among different parts of Physochlaina Physaloideslis saxicola.
