摘要
在建设"创新型国家"的视野下,科学素养作为一项基本公民素质的重要性是毋庸置疑的。认真思考了2010年中国公众科学素养调查结果,提出全民族科技素质是科技创新的基础、科技普及是科技创新的基础性工作等论点。
In the perspective of constructing innovative country,the importance of the scientific literacy,an essential quality of every citizen,is unquestioned.This paper takes the findings of China＇s public scientific literacy in 2010 into earnest consideration,and puts forward some arguments such as that the whole nation＇s scientific literacy is the foundation of sci-tech innovation,and the sci-tech popularization is a fundamental work for the sci-tech innovation,etc.
