轴向间距对某跨声速轴流压气机叶排间干扰的影响规律 被引量:7

Effect of different axial spacing between blade rows on transonic axial compressor performance

摘要 对不同轴向间距下的某跨声速轴流压气机内流场在设计转速时进行了定常数值模拟,结果表明当转子与上游静子轴向间距减小时,压气机的效率和压比有明显降低,而转子和下游静子间距减小时,压气机的效率和压比反而有所提高.进一步的非定常数值模拟结果表明:①转子与上游静子轴向间距减小时,转子前激波与静子尾缘干扰增强,造成了效率和压比的下降;②转子与下游静子轴向间距减小时,由于转子尾迹通过静子叶排时的恢复效应,由尾迹造成的掺混损失会减小,效率和压比会有所提高. The steady flow field of a transonic axial compressor under design rotation speed was numerically simulated, proving that the close spacing between upstream stator and rotor can largely reduce the efficiency and pressure ratio, however the close spacing be tween rotor and downstream stator can improve the efficiency and pressure ratio. The unsteady numerical simulation indicates: (1) the close spacing between upstream stator and rotor can enlarge the interaction of rotor shock on the stator wake, causing the deterioration of performance; (2) the wake recovery effect under the close spacing between rotor and downstream stator decreases the mixing loss, thus slightly improving the performance.
